Before entering consultancy Dr. Hans Jürgen Etterich worked in various industry segments for more than 15 years across diverse geographies such as USA (three years) and Belgium (four years) as well as in the domestic German market.

Some of his roles included:

·        Assistant to the Board of Reichhold Chemicals / Hoechst
·        Planning Manager Europe Dow Corning, Brussels
·        General Manager Business Development Continental Can
·        Managing Director Mauser Works.

His consulting career in the meantime spans more than 15 years and he has been trusted advisor for a wide portfolio of renowned German and international companies.

His areas of specialisation include:

·        Management Audits and Assessments
·        Board Level Consulting
·        Special Projects, e.g. Pre-/Post Merger Integrations,

“Basel II” appraisals

His client focus lies in Industry, Consumer Products, Retail, Services such as Finance, General and IT Consulting.

He holds degrees in Engineering and Business Administration, was Research Engineer in the faculty for Nuclear Physics at the Christian-Albrechts-University, Kiel (Professor Erich Bagge) and completed the PMD programme at the Havard Business School in Boston, USA.
