Helen Senne joined Signium International as a Partner in late 2011. Her main focus in Executive Search is to support international clients in the areas of industry and B2B services, banking/financial services, real estate and construction. Helen is a seasoned expert in search and has completed numerous top level assignments during her career for positions such as CEOs, General Managers, CFOs, COOs, Sales and Marketing Directors as well as searches for specialist roles in Property Development, Asset Management, Investment, Acquisition and Portfolio Management plus Engineering and Construction. Additionally, Helen supports multinational clients on international searches to fill key positions across all functions.

Born and raised in England, Helen has spent over 20 years working for renowned international Executive Search firms. She was a founder member of the Specialty Practice Group „Real Estate & Construction“ for Heidrick & Struggles in Europe. Before commencing her career in Executive Search, Helen worked for four years in international banking and two years in the high tech sector in Frankfurt and Munich.

Helen is an active member of the Urban Land Institute (ULI) and the Global Real Estate Institute (GRI).

Helen completed her BSc (Hons) degree in Human Communication, Psychology and German at the University of Aston in Birmingham, before relocating to Germany in 1982.
